On driving into the beautiful Coolum Waves House. You can picture your family fun holiday unfolding around this stunning solar heated pool. With areas to relax on the sun chairs or sit up on the timber deck to watch the children play in the magnificent pool with lots of stepping areas for small children. Only 10 minutes walk to the pristine Coolum surf beach, Surf Life Saving Club, Restaurants, Cafes, Boutiques and Boardwalk to the lookout at Point Perry. This is the perfect location to experience all that Coolum Beach has to offer. This beautifully appointed 4 bedroom beach house has the best of everything fun, relaxing and providing different areas of space for all ages and types in your family.
The main areas are air conditioned and heated as well as the master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a memory foam comfy King bed with huge open ensuite bathroom and a jet spa bath. Sooo good for a holiday soak after a great family day at the beach. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have comfortable memory foam Queen beds with beautiful linen. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a trundle bed. Ceiling fans throughout. The 5th room is a funky kids room set up with a large TV, playstation PS3 and Wii console with games and lounge for the children to feel right at home. One more trundle bed is also provided.
There is also an enormous rumpus room with a stereo, futon lounge, full size pool table, table tennis table, 10 pin bowling and other games.
Beautifully equipped kitchen with stainless steel modern appliances including a coffee machine. This large kitchen overlooks the enormous dining table with seating for the whole family. Smooth open living to a spacious cosy modern lounge area with huge TV. Back covered entertaining is a breeze with another unique large wicker dining area and Weber family BBQ.
We also have an outdoor lounge area with another sunbed to relax and sit around reading the paper or afternoon conversation with the family or friends. The back yard is securely fenced 6 foot high with a grassed area for your loved dogs. Beyond this social area is a gate that opens to a fantastic huge green open parkland for the dogs to run or play a game of cricket. No garage is provided. Parking available in driveway.

Yes. We are very pet friendly. We have a large trampoline dog bed, bowls and secure 6 foot high fencing.
Your loved pooch is welcome inside just not on the furniture out of respect for all guests please. Flea control and current immunisation is expected too.

Wonderful beach getaway in every way
My wife and I looked to find a beach property to relax with our two dogs for the week leading into the busy festive season. From the first initial contact with Alison, with the easy process and friendly nature, we new that ” Coolum Waves” was the place. The large flowing house is perfect, in location, and also amenities and cleanliness. Only a 2 minute drive or casual 15 minute walk to the main Coolum Beach shops and beach, gave us the quiet and relaxing time away from the crowds over the school holiday period. The house is very well set out, with the bonus of the double garage set up as a large rumpus/games room. Four large bedrooms, two well fitted bathrooms(one a large ensuite with sensational shower and spa bath), and kitchen made for a restful stay. The rear patio, with outdoor lounge, large dining seating and BBQ, gave us the privacy to enjoy the outdoor living after a long walk on the off-lead dog beach each morning. With the property fully fenced, our dogs loved the freedom and space to lie and contemplate their next play in the surf. The well designed saltwater pool allowed for time to cool off and catch some sun, without having to contend with the sand at the beach if needed. A wonderful pet friendly property at Coolum Beach, that we will certainly be booking again for future holidays with the family. Highly recommended.
